New Home Exercise Program

  • This program has been developed by your therapist to meet your rehabilitation needs. It is important that you follow the repetitions as recommended in your exercise instructions in order to avoid injury and overdoing. You may feel some tightness and soreness when you first begin the program and you must know that this is normal. It is also important to breath normally and maintain good posture and proper alignment with performing the exercise. Do the exercise on a daily basis to get the best results. Develop a routine of doing them at a certain time of the day as much as possible.

If you experience pain while doing any of the exercises, consult your therapist before resuming the program.

    Thank you and enjoy,
